Every site comes with the on-page SEO done for you: a page targeting each service and each city, unique titles and meta descriptions, LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ schema, breadcrumbs, internal links between pages and real local content. That’s the work that gets a rank and rent site found on Google. How fast and how high it ranks still depends on your niche, your city and the competition, so nobody can honestly promise a #1 spot.
An optional shortcut, not a requirement
The Starter Kit teaches you to build your site yourself with Claude, using my skills, and that’s still the main method. It also covers picking a niche and city that can rank, finding a contractor without cold calling, and the commission agreement.
