How the method works, in four steps

1. Pick a city and trade. The City Picker points you to smaller cities where a new site can rank, with contractors nearby.
2. Build it with Claude. One Site Brief becomes every page. You review and publish. No code.
3. Rank for “ready to hire.” Pages like “Retaining Wall Contractor in Carlsbad, CA” — the searches people type when they need the job done.
4. Give the lead, get 10%. Post once in local contractor groups. Contractors message you. One signs the agreement, gets every lead free, and pays 10% of each closed job in two halves.

Two ways to build your site

1. Build it with Claude using the included skills (what the kit teaches). Module 02 walks you through it: fill in one Site Brief and my WordPress Site Builder skill writes every service and city page. This is the main method, and the kit has everything you need for it.

Do I need any experience? No. The kit is written for complete beginners; Claude does the technical work with the included skills.

Do I have to call anyone? No. Contractors are found through Facebook groups and LinkedIn, and every step happens in writing. Here’s the full method.

What does it cost to start? About $60–$170: hosting with a free first-year domain, plus Claude Pro while you build. WordPress, the plugins, Facebook and LinkedIn are free.

How long until I get a lead? My first leads came 1–3 months after launch. Many sites take longer and some never rank. Nothing in the kit guarantees rankings, leads or income.
