Best Rank and Rent Courses 2026: 16 Compared by Price

Rank and rent courses

Best Rank and Rent Courses in 2026, Compared by Price

Sixteen rank and rent courses and kits side by side, from $37 to $10,000, with what each one includes and who it suits.

Quick answer

The best rank and rent course depends on how you plan to get a contractor to pay you. If you want coaching and you’re happy to sell by phone, the big programs (Flat Fee Mastery, Digital Storefronts, Web Moguls, Digital Landlords) cost $4,000 to $10,000. If you want a monthly community, Rank and Rent Club, Ranked Revenue Bootcamp and Rank & Rent Accelerator run $39 to $199 a month. If you want to start one site without cold calling for under $100, the $37 Rank and Rent Starter Kit (mine) is the cheapest complete option.

Disclosure: I’m Adi Attias, and I sell the $37 Starter Kit in this table, so I compete with these courses. I list it on the same terms as the others, cheapest first, and every price links to where it came from. Prices were checked October 2026 and change often, so confirm before you buy.

Which rank and rent courses are worth comparing in 2026?

Sixteen courses and kits with a public price, from $37 to $10,000. The biggest difference between them isn’t the ranking method, it’s how they tell you to get paid: almost all teach you to sell a site by phone for a monthly fee. Cheapest first:

What is a rank and rent course?

A rank and rent course teaches you to build small local websites, rank them on Google, and get paid by a local business for the customers they bring in. Most cover four things: picking a niche and city, building the site, ranking it, and finding a business to pay you. The first three are similar from course to course. The fourth is where they differ most. New to the model? Start with what rank and rent is and the beginner’s guide.

Do you need a rank and rent course at all?

No, but a good one saves you months of trial and error on the two hard parts: choosing where to build and getting paid. Local SEO itself is well documented for free.

When a course is worth paying for

  • You’ve never built or ranked a website and want a step-by-step order to follow.
  • You want ready-made scripts, agreements and trackers instead of writing your own.
  • You learn best with live calls and a group (that’s what the expensive programs sell).

When you can skip it

  • You already know local SEO and only need the business side.
  • You’re happy to piece it together from free guides, like the ones linked on this page.
  • You can’t afford to lose the money: no course guarantees rankings, leads or income.

How do you tell a good rank and rent course from a bad one?

Check five things before you pay: a public price, a clear refund policy, the method for getting clients, proof the creator does this, and what’s included.

What to checkGood signRed flag
PriceListed on the sales page“Book a call to see the price”
Refund policyWritten and easy to findNone published
How you get clientsSpells out the exact outreach, messages and agreementStops at “now go find a client”
Results claimsHonest timelines, admits some sites never rankIncome screenshots and “$10K/month” promises
What’s includedA list of modules and files you can checkVague “secret system”, upsells to $5,000 coaching

Be careful with “best course” lists, including this one: most are written by someone who sells a course. Look for a disclosure and for prices that link to their source.

What do the $1,000 to $10,000 courses give you?

Live coaching calls, a community, and sales training for closing contractors on the phone. If you learn best on calls and you’re comfortable selling, that’s what you’re paying for. What you’re not paying for is a different ranking method: a local site ranks the same way whether the course cost $37 or $5,000. The right city, the right trade, service pages for “ready to hire” searches, and patience.

What does a $37 kit give you that the expensive ones don’t?

A way to get paid that doesn’t need a salesperson. The no-cold-calling method is the reason the Starter Kit exists: you post once in a local contractor group offering a free lead, contractors message you, and one signs a 10%-of-closed-jobs agreement. Every message, the agreement and the tracker are in the kit. None of the courses above teach this, because they were built around the phone.

The kit also assumes you’ll build the site with Claude, not by hand. Two Claude skills, a WordPress Site Builder and a Cost Calculator builder, turn one brief into every service and city page. See how to build a rank and rent website with AI.

Is there a free rank and rent course?

Yes, three good free starting points: Rank and Rent Club, now a free Skool group with live webinars; Flat Fee Mastery’s eight-video intro; and the Local SEO Accelerator master class replay. The last two lead into paid programs (about $5,000, and $67 a month or more) that teach selling to business owners by phone or cold email. The free guides on this site cover the no-call method in full: finding a contractor, the agreement template and the lead tracker.

Which rank and rent course should you pick?

Match the course to how you want to get paid and how much support you want.

Where can you read a full review of each course?

Every course in the table links to a sourced review on this site. Each one covers what the course includes, every price tier, who it suits and who should skip it. The most-read: Rank and Rent Club, Flat Fee Mastery, Digital Storefronts, Rank & Rent Accelerator, Rank and Rent Academy (Digital Landlords) and Ippei’s program.

Whatever you choose

No course guarantees rankings, leads or income. My first leads came 1 to 3 months after launch, and of the three sites I’ve built, two pay and one never ranked. Pick a course for the method you’ll actually use, not for the income screenshots.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on how you want to get paid. For coaching and phone sales, the $4,000 to $10,000 programs. For a free community, Rank and Rent Club; for a paid monthly one, Ranked Revenue Bootcamp. To start one site without cold calling for under $250, the $37 Starter Kit.

The Rank and Rent Starter Kit from Sign Build Run is $37 one-time, and Local SEO Accelerator has a $37 mini version. Jamie Tsang’s Udemy course is often $12 to $20 on sale. Most full courses cost $997 to $5,000 or more.

Not for the ranking method, which is the same at any price. The extra money pays for live coaching, a community and phone sales training. That is worth it if you learn best on calls and plan to sell sites by phone.

No. Local SEO is well documented for free. A course mainly saves time on choosing where to build and on getting paid, with ready-made scripts and agreements.

The Rank and Rent Starter Kit is built around not calling: you post once in contractor groups, contractors message you, and you agree a 10% of closed jobs deal in writing. The other courses in the table teach outreach or phone sales.

No, it is a real way to earn from local websites, but results are not guaranteed and some courses oversell it. Be wary of income screenshots, hidden prices and missing refund policies. Some sites never rank.

Usually months, not weeks. A new site has to rank before it gets leads. My first leads came 1 to 3 months after launch, and one of my three sites never ranked.

They were checked in October 2026 against each course’s own page or the linked review. Course prices change often, so confirm on the course’s site before you buy.
