1. Who we are

This website and its products are provided by Sign Build Run (“Sign Build Run”, “we”, “us”), an independently operated business based in Israel. You can contact us through our contact page.

2. Products

We sell digital products: downloadable toolkits containing guides, checklists, templates, spreadsheets and AI prompts. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions list what each toolkit contains.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, download links are shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to you. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

5. Licence to use

When you buy a product, you receive a licence to use the materials in your own business, including adapting the templates for your clients. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the product files, in whole or in part, as a product of your own.

6. Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy.

7. No guarantee of results

Our products are educational resources. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular number of clients, rankings, revenue or income.

8. Not professional advice

Nothing in our products is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.

9. Third-party tools

Our materials may refer to third-party services (for example AI tools, website platforms or advertising platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
