Course review
Price, what’s inside, the flat-monthly-rent model it teaches, the admission process — and the $37 option for people who won’t sell by phone.
Web Moguls is Ryan Dalton’s rank and rent coaching program: $4,000 up front or $350 a month for 12 months, with live coaching calls, a community, individual support, templates, step-by-step guides and closing scripts. It teaches the classic model — rank a local site, then rent it to a business for $500–$2,000 a month — and it’s one of the better-supported programs in the space. It is also phone-sales-first, has no refund policy posted, and doesn’t publish its price on the site.
How this review was written: I have not bought this course. Everything below comes from the course’s own pages and from Ippei Kanehara’s published reviews (dated in the text), so you can check each claim yourself. I sell a $37 rank and rent kit, which is the alternative at the end — judge my bias accordingly. Prices change; confirm on the seller’s site.

Support. Ippei’s three pros are the support system, the growing community and training grounded in Ryan’s own sites. If you learn by asking questions on a call and want someone to look at your specific site, that’s what $4,000 buys here, and the 12-month payment option makes it reachable.
Someone who wants coaching-call accountability, is comfortable selling monthly retainers on the phone, and can commit $4,000 (or $350 a month) without a refund. For that person it’s a legitimate, well-supported program.
The Rank and Rent Starter Kit teaches the same site-building and ranking method, then replaces the closing scripts with a free-lead post in a contractor Facebook group and a one-page 10%-of-closed-jobs agreement. Nobody is pitched; the contractor messages you. $37 one-time, 22 files, lifetime access. Here’s how the contractor is found and what they sign.
What you give up: live calls, community and individual support. If you want those, Web Moguls has them at a hundred times the price.
