Jeremy Williams Rank and Rent SEO Course Review (2026)

Course review

Jeremy Williams' Rank and Rent SEO Course Review: £325, Module by Module

What the course includes, how it lands rental clients, the limits of flat monthly rent — and a $37 alternative without the sales pitch.

Rank and Rent SEO Course is Jeremy Williams’ self-paced program, launched in February 2024 and sold for a one-time £325 (a little over $400). Jeremy is a UK-based SEO who runs the Onexius agency and has focused on rank and rent since around 2020. The course covers niche and location research, testing a project before you build it, on-page and off-page SEO, renting the site, and the systems to run it afterwards, plus lifetime community access, a rank and rent WordPress theme and two ChatGPT generators as bonuses.

How this review was written: I have not bought this course. Everything below comes from the course’s public pages and from Ippei Kanehara’s published review (updated July 2026). I sell a $37 rank and rent kit, which is the alternative at the end — judge my bias accordingly. Prices change; confirm on the seller’s site.

What’s inside

  • Getting started, niche research and location research — choosing a profitable trade and a city you can win.
  • Project validation and project testing — checking demand with a free landing page before you build the full site. This is the most useful idea in the course and one most cheap courses skip.
  • Project build: on-page SEO and off-page SEO — the site itself, then backlinks.
  • Renting — pricing and finding a business to rent to.
  • Post-rental systems — running the site once it’s rented.
  • Misc topics — currently Google Ads.
  • Bonuses — lifetime community, a free rank and rent WordPress theme, a one-click ChatGPT article generator and a one-click landing page generator.

How Jeremy lands rental clients

His approach is to look like an agency: a separate brand name, a business website that ranks for that name, a custom email address and phone number, and case studies on the site. Then you pitch businesses for a flat monthly rent. It’s a sensible way to be taken seriously, but it is a sales process, and it’s real work before your first deal — a brand site, a phone line and proof you don’t have yet on day one.

What it does well

  • Price. £325 one-time is a fraction of the $4,000–$6,000 coaching programs.
  • Testing before building. Validating a niche with a free landing page saves months on a site that was never going to rank.
  • Lifetime community included, which the Udemy-style courses don’t have.

What to watch out for

  • Little outside proof. The course is young and almost all testimonials are on its own site.
  • Flat monthly rent means the business pays whether leads close or not. That makes the first sale harder and caps what a busy site earns. Ippei’s review makes the same point.
  • Bulk AI content. One-click article generators make it easy to publish thin pages, which is exactly what Google’s 2025–2026 updates removed from local results.
  • No published refund policy.

Who should buy it

Someone in the UK or US who wants a mid-priced, structured course with a community, is happy to build a small agency brand and pitch businesses, and likes the idea of testing niches before building.

The $37 alternative — no brand to build, no rent to sell

The Rank and Rent Starter Kit skips the agency set-up. You build one small site with two Claude skills, post the first real lead free in a contractor Facebook group, and sign a written 10% agreement once a contractor has seen the job — so the contractor only pays when work closes, and you never pitch a monthly fee. $37 one-time. See the no-cold-calling method or compare every rank and rent course by price.

What you don’t get from the kit: a community or video lessons. If those matter, Jeremy’s course is one of the more affordable ways to get them.
