Jeremy Williams Rank and Rent Course Alternative: Same Method, No Agency Pitch

How the £325 Rank and Rent SEO Course compares with a $37 kit, and which one fits how you want to work.

Jeremy Williams is a UK SEO who runs the Onexius agency. His Rank and Rent SEO Course costs £325 one-time (about $400 to $450) and launched in February 2024. It includes lifetime access, a community, a WordPress theme and two ChatGPT generators. It teaches flat monthly rent, and encourages students to present themselves as an agency, with a brand, a business email and case studies.

Disclosure: I sell the $37 kit below, so I’m biased. I haven’t bought Jeremy Williams’ course. The facts come from my Jeremy Williams’ course review, which cites every source. Prices change, so confirm on the seller’s site.

What Jeremy’s course does well

It tests demand before you build: you put up a free landing page to see whether a niche gets interest. That’s a smart habit, and a lifetime community at this price is rare. If you want a structured video course with people to ask, it’s a solid mid-priced option.

When the $37 alternative fits better

  • You don’t want to build an agency persona. The kit’s approach is simpler: a ranked site, a free first lead, a 10% agreement.
  • You want to spend less up front. $37 against roughly $400.
  • You don’t want to charge rent for leads that may not close. With 10% of closed jobs, the contractor pays only when they earn.

What you give up with the $37 kit

No coaching, no community and nobody checking your work. Ranking takes months (my first leads came 1 to 3 months after launch), one of my three sites never ranked, and many leads don’t close. Budget about $60 to $170 beyond the kit for hosting, a domain and tools. If you later want coaching, you’ll know exactly what to ask for. Compare every option in the rank and rent course list.
