Who is behind Sign Build Run

Hi, I’m Adi Attias. I’ve been building rank and rent websites for about two years. A rank and rent site is a small local website that ranks for “ready to hire” searches — like “retaining wall contractor in Carlsbad, CA” — and sends the homeowner leads to one contractor, who pays a share of every job they close.

I’m an introvert. Cold calls, sales calls and hundreds of outreach emails never worked for me, so I flipped the model: instead of selling contractors a service, I give them free leads from my sites and take 10% when a job closes. It has been working consistently for me, and now I want to help people who want to make money from home without picking up the phone.

What we make

The Rank & Rent Starter Kit is the main product. It’s every tool, spreadsheet, prompt and message that took me a long time to figure out, put in order so a beginner can follow it: pick a city and trade, build the site with Claude, rank it, catch the lead and close the contractor in writing — no cold calling. Why it exists

Starting out means making hundreds of decisions — which city, which trade, what to build, what to say to a contractor, what to charge. The answers are usually spread across videos, forums and blog posts. Sign Build Run puts that work into guides, checklists, templates and AI prompts you can follow step by step.

What we don’t promise
