Fill in your trade and city to get the group post, the screening message and the replies that turn comments into a signed contractor.
Most rank and rent courses tell you to cold call contractors. This post does the opposite: the contractors come to you. It works because of four things it says plainly: you’re not selling anything, the first lead is free, you only want one contractor, and everything happens in writing. When I posted once in a local contractor group, 27 contractors commented.
Read each group’s rules before posting. Some only allow job posts on certain days.
The post promises the next request for free, so wait until your site gets its first one. If you haven’t picked a city yet, start with the city checker. For the full method, read how to find a contractor for your rank and rent site and rank and rent without cold calling.
Post once in local contractor and trades Facebook groups, offer the next lead free, and ask everyone who replies the same four screening questions in writing. Pick the most responsive contractor who serves your area and sign a one-page agreement before sending leads.
Say what you have (homeowner requests in one city), what you’re offering (the next one free), what it costs (a share of closed jobs, nothing up front) and how to reply. Saying you’re not selling anything and only want one contractor helps.
No. The post promises a real request, so post the day your site gets its first one.
10% of closed jobs is simple to explain and easy for a contractor to accept, because they only pay when they earn.
